Shipping Policy

All delivery times/dates are estimates (we don't offer GUARANTEED delivery times/dates) and are calculated after your order is shipped (typically delivered into your mailbox within 2-4 business days after shipment for most people). All orders placed prior to 3pm Pacific on weekdays (Postal Holidays excluded) will be shipped the same day. Any order placed on Saturday may not be shipped until the following business day (Sundays/Postal Holidays ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS, and USPS doesn't pick-up/deliver mail on Sundays/Postal Holidays). Some customers may experience a delay in the delivery of their order due to inclement weather, weekends, Postal Holidays, or the holiday shopping season.

Any order that is "returned to sender" due to an invalid shipping address/information provided by the customer (double check that your shipping address/information is correct, your shipping address/information cannot be changed after your order has been shipped), or because the customer didn't sign for and/or claim their package (optional Signature Confirmation Service. If you choose this option, then a signature will be required by someone in your home, otherwise the mail carrier cannot deliver your package), will be issued a refund for the price of the lenses with a $3 restocking fee deducted from that amount. The refund will be issued after we receive the "returned to sender" package. Any shipping fee (Priority Mail and/or Signature Confirmation Service) paid by the customer is NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for any order that is delivered to the wrong address because the customer provided inaccurate shipping information.
