Refund/Return Policy

Unopened/Complete pairs may be returned within 30 days of purchase. At our discretion, we charge a $3 restocking fee for any accepted return . The customer will pay the return shipping fee. Any shipping fee paid by the customer is non-refundable. We don't offer exchanges.

Contact lenses ARE NOT one size fits all. Sizes are listed in each item description, therefore, the customer should know their size because we will not accept returns or offer exchanges/replacements for lenses that don't fit properly.

We will not issue refunds or offer exchanges/replacements to customers that don't like the way that the lenses look on their eyes. The way that the lenses will look is completely subjective and will be effected by a variety of factors. These include the natural color of the customer's eyes, skin tone and lighting inside/outside, etc. The pictures on the product pages are just an example and are provided to give the customer a general idea of how the lenses may look on their eyes.
